Shipping & Product Condition Policy

At Voltryn Gaming, we are committed to delivering reliable gaming hardware and accessories. This policy explains our shipping process, handling of damaged products, defective items, and refurbished products.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During product launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Voltryn Gaming's control.

3. Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, and product.

  2. Contact Voltryn Gaming within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

We will review the damage and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

A product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it arrives non-functional due to a manufacturing defect.

Customers must report DOA issues within 7 days of delivery.

To request a DOA replacement:

  • Contact Voltryn Gaming with your order number.

  • Provide a description of the issue.

  • Provide photos, videos, or troubleshooting information when requested.

  • Follow any diagnostic steps provided by our support team.

After verification, Voltryn Gaming may provide:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability)

  • Store credit

  • A refund if a replacement is unavailable

Products that fail due to improper installation, physical damage, liquid damage, modification, overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications, or misuse are not considered DOA.

6. Refurbished Products Policy

Voltryn Gaming may offer refurbished, renewed, or open-box gaming products.

Refurbished products may include:

  • Customer returns

  • Manufacturer refurbished items

  • Open-box products

  • Previously used items restored to working condition

Each refurbished product is inspected and tested before shipment.

Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic imperfections, including:

  • Small scratches

  • Packaging wear

  • Signs of previous ownership

These cosmetic conditions do not affect product performance.

All refurbished products will clearly state their condition in the product description.

7. Refurbished Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished products include a [30/60/90]-day limited warranty from Voltryn Gaming.

The warranty covers functional defects that occur during normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Improper installation

  • Damage caused by overclocking or misuse

Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the product.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must meet return requirements and may be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Voltryn Gaming is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers should verify shipping addresses and monitor tracking information.

If a package is delayed or lost during transit, we will assist customers in contacting the shipping carrier.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
